Lord, we pray that you would help us to value the community that you have given us. Help us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry so that we can have healthy and productive relationships with one another.

We ask that you would give us the courage to be vulnerable with one another, to share our struggles and our triumphs, and to offer comfort and encouragement when it is needed. We pray that you would help us to be open to the wisdom and guidance of others, and to be willing to be challenged and corrected when we need it.

Lord, we pray that you would help us to be a community of believers who are known for our love, our compassion, and our generosity.
