We are the committed team that provides a holistic approach to the care of frail older persons within La Gratitude Home for the Aged. We apply this motto by ensuring excellence in the provision of loving care and services within a safe and secure environment and various housing facilities (flats and cottages). Furthermore, we are dedicated to promoting and maintaining the highest standard of residential care for frail older persons through understanding the ageing process, and age-related brain diseases.
