Discovering the Transformative Power of Trusting in God Is Making A Way
God Is Making A Way in our lives, even in the midst of our struggles and challenges. As we have previously discussed in our post “Experience the Transformative Power of Abiding in the Presence of God“, we must be open to letting God guide us through his love and grace. We are reminded that He is always working in our lives and that He is making a way where there seems to be no way.
In this post, we have shared verses from the Bible that remind us of God’s faithfulness and love. We have also shared a prayer that expresses trust in God’s ability to guide us and make a way for us.
We are grateful for your support and encouragement in our weekly Bible study posts. Your engagement and participation have been an inspiration and we hope that these posts have been a source of comfort and guidance for you. We invite you to keep reading and participating in these studies as we continue to explore more about the transformative power of God’s love and grace in our lives.
Verses to Reflect on: God is Making a Way
Scripture
Matthew 7:7-8 (NKJV): “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”
Matthew 21:22 (NKJV): “And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
Job 11:14 (ESV): “For then you will delight yourself in the Almighty and lift up your face to God.”
Psalm 51:1-2 (NKJV): “Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.”
Hebrews 12:1-2 (NKJV): “Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

God Is Making A Way Where There Seems To Be No Way
Many times in life, we find ourselves in situations that seem impossible to overcome. We may feel like we have hit a dead end, and that there is no way out. However, the Bible reminds us that God is always working in our lives and that He is making a way where there seems to be no way.
In Matthew 7:7-8 (NKJV), Jesus tells us to “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” This verse reminds us that if we have faith and ask for God’s help, He will provide a way for us.
Matthew 21:22 (NKJV) also reassures us that “And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” When we pray with faith and trust in God, He will answer our prayers and make a way for us.
Job 11:14 (ESV) encourages us to “delight yourself in the Almighty and lift up your face to God.” When we focus on God and put our trust in Him, He will lift us up and make a way for us.
Psalm 51:1-2 (NKJV) reminds us to “Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.” When we confess our sins and ask for God’s forgiveness, He will cleanse us and make a way for us.
Finally, Hebrews 12:1-2 (NKJV) reminds us to “lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” When we look to Jesus and follow His example, He will give us the strength and endurance we need to overcome any obstacle and make a way for us.
In conclusion, God is always making a way for us, even when there seems to be no way. We just need to have faith, trust in Him, pray, confess our sins, and look to Jesus for guidance. He will always provide a way for us to overcome any obstacle and walk in His will.
